Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to use of Valkyr Labs Inc.'s hosted services, APIs, AI systems, agents, integrations, marketplace, and related products ("Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the agreement governing use of the Services ("Customer Agreement").

Prohibited conduct

You may not use, facilitate, or permit use of the Services to:

  1. violate law, sanctions, export controls, or another person's rights;
  2. create, distribute, or operate malware; defeat authentication; obtain unauthorized access; conduct denial-of-service attacks; or scan or test systems without authorization;
  3. exploit, harm, groom, or sexually abuse a minor, or create or distribute child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery;
  4. make credible threats, promote terrorism or violent extremism, or materially facilitate physical harm;
  5. conduct unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, discrimination, harassment, or stalking;
  6. impersonate another person, conduct fraud, phishing, deceptive manipulation, or unlawful spam;
  7. generate or disseminate content you know is materially deceptive in a way likely to cause substantial harm without appropriate disclosure;
  8. make fully automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or access to essential services without required authorization, testing, notice, explanation, appeal, and meaningful human review;
  9. provide individualized legal, medical, or financial advice while misrepresenting an AI system as a licensed professional;
  10. infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
  11. submit credentials, personal data, protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, biometrics, children's data, or other regulated information unless the Customer Agreement and configured Service expressly permit it and required safeguards are in place;
  12. evade usage limits, conceal origin to avoid enforcement, interfere with the Services, or impose an unreasonable load; or
  13. use marketplace content, MCP servers, integrations, models, or agents outside their permissions or to take actions beyond the authorization of the account or system owner.

Security research conducted under Valkyr's published vulnerability-disclosure process or prior written authorization is not prohibited.

Agent and integration safeguards

You must use least-privilege credentials, configure scopes and approval gates, monitor consequential actions, and maintain an appropriate ability to stop or revoke an agent. You may not treat an AI-generated suggestion as authorization to access a system, spend funds, enter a contract, publish content, delete data, contact a person, or take another external action.

Enforcement

Valkyr may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, rate-limit, or suspend the affected use when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or protect the Services or others. When practicable, Valkyr will provide notice and an opportunity to cure, will limit enforcement to the affected use, and will restore access promptly after resolution. Valkyr may preserve and disclose information as required by law or the Customer Agreement.

To report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision, contact legal@valkyrlabs.com with relevant account and incident details.

Changes

Valkyr may update this AUP to address new products, threats, or law. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect unless an earlier change is reasonably required to address an urgent security, safety, or legal risk. A signed MSA controls if it conflicts with this AUP.
