1. Objective and scope​

2. Deliverables and IP classification​

For each deliverable identify: description; due date; whether it is a Customer-owned Generated Deliverable, Valkyr Technology, or Third-Party Material; embedded Valkyr Technology; repository or delivery method; and any license or deployment limits.

4. Milestones and acceptance​

State objective acceptance tests for each deliverable. Unless replaced here, the MSA acceptance process applies. Production use constitutes acceptance only for the item used.

5. Security and data handling​

Identify data categories, environments, access method, retention, residency, approved subprocessors, credential handling, logging, deletion, and whether the DPA applies. Do not include regulated data unless expressly authorized.

6. Fees and expenses​

7. Change control​

A change to scope, schedule, assumptions, deliverables, or fees requires a written change order signed by authorized representatives. Each change order must identify effects on acceptance, IP classification, security, and fees.
